On our way to Pasta Knight! HerbnOil basket is in the auction again this year, and some of the bottles are still warm from infusing this morning! After forgetting my bottling wax at home and finding myself unfruitful finding some in stores today, we have the bottles sealed and ready to go!

Pickles!!!!! The heat defeated our garden so it’s time for drying and pickling!!!!

Rosemary HerbnOil Ribeye on the cast iron:

1. Salt your room temperature meat with a course salt on all sides and let sit for 10 minutes
2. rinse your meat to get the salt off
3. Get your cast iron hot and add 2 or 3 tblsp of rosemary herbnoil
4. sear each side of your steak for 30 seconds then turn heat down to medium
5. add 4 tblsp or as needed of a good quality butter and place your fresh herbs on top of your steak
6. Baste your meat! 1 1/2 mins then flip and repeat (keep the herbs on top so they don’t burn)
Use a meat thermometer or feel if the middle is squishy enough/ hard enough to your liking
