K & K Homestead will be at the Bar Strength and Conditioning Gym’s Trunk or Treat October 30 from 4-7 pm!!!

We will have Sourdough, Cookies, Cinnamon Rolls, & more! There will be candy for the kids and plenty of vendors to shop with and decorations for the kids to enjoy. Last event we participated in, we sold out of our Sourdough Bread within the first hour so make sure to show up early!!

Opening will be delayed today due to an unexpected hitchhiker heading to the vet to be scanned for a chip.

UPDATE UPDATE: She’s been caught and she’s with animal control now, thank you Jesus!!

UPDATE: She escaped at the vet when we opened the door to scan her, headed down Ridge Ave in Milton across from Milton Animal Hospital. Animal control has been called.

Young black lab puppy female I believe running around just south of whiting field circle ON Hwy 87 N. I have in the back of my car currently driving my kids to school but I need to find owner ASAP!! Two dogs at home that don’t like dogs. No collar. Jumped right in my car so obviously familiar with rides

We have discounted bread on the stand as well as a few remaining cookies! Stop on by before they’re gone!

We DO still have a cooler out for the lineman and utility workers out and about today, y’all grab a jerky stick and water to hold you over until you get lunch!

Wow, what an amazing turnout yesterday. Thank you so so much to everyone who shared and spread the word.

We were left with an especially kind gift in our box, if by chance it was accidentally slipped in there please let us know and we will venmo it back! Otherwise, if it was intentional, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We truly are grateful. ❤️

Anyone who knows a lineman, utility worker, or disaster relief worker in our area (9392 Hwy 87 N between Sonny Dozier Rd and Hopewell Rd ON Highway 87 N north of whiting field south of Hwy 4) this week, please share with them that we have FREE drinks and snacks in the coolers on the ground next to the stand. We have a sign by the road advertising free drinks and snacks for those specific individuals.

ALSO, if you are a wife or husband of a lineman/utility worker/disaster relief/forestry worker and would like to pre-order something for your significant other while they are working tirelessly, check out our menu and send me a message and I’m offering free delivery to wherever they are located in town! Just give me a 24-48 hr heads up (48 for sourdough related) and I’ll make it happen! ✨

Right down the road from us! They’re giving away cold milk, free of charge, to anyone who is in need!

Good Afternoon Folks!!! Recovery is well on the way across the county. People still have power out, and there are many needs.

We are OPEN! PLEASE READ AND SHARE THIS POST!

By the grace of God the farmstand was spared while our barn was torn apart around it. Our barn doors were literally ripped in half and the roof is missing on the opposite 1/4 that the farmstand was kept in.

But, we are still in business.

We are slowly seeing our cleanup efforts restore some order back to the homestead. We have many many months and potentially years before we get back to where we were. But we will prevail, and we will rebuild.
