Colt Pax Produce - Gumboro We started Colt’s produce in 2020 to share our produce, located at 22438 Daisey Rd Millsboro (Gumboro). Every dollar goes right into Colt Pax’s college fund.

Since then we have built a bigger stand and expanded the garden.

Goodbye until next season!! We can’t thank everyone enough who stopped by and supported us this year! It was great to meet so many of you and see you again and again. I can’t thank you anonymous folks enough for the sweet notes in our cash box, always dropping off extra bags, dropping off mason jars, and even pumpkins ☺️ we’re already seed planning and purchasing another greenhouse for next year! Again thank you for taking the back road and coming out here to support the work we do.

Just wanted to update everyone - we are basically done for the season. We will keep the stand out to sell sweet pepper relish and cowboy candy through the weekend. After that you will have to reach out to porch pickup. We do have some cucumbers, jalapeños and I’ll probably pick some more tomatoes but anything left is marked down. I just don’t want folks riding out for nothing when we are wrapping up in the next couple of days.

It’s relish season!! We have made almost 50 jars in the last few days. Next week we will pick more peppers and keep chugging along. Feel free to drop any mason jars your sitting on - on the backside of the stand! We appreciate it!

The last melons of the season are on the stand! The one I cut open yesterday was delicious and crisp! Grab them up! I also want to highlight the beads atomic grape tomatoes! They are sweet, tangy, almost fruity - a very complex heirloom variety tomato. They also only $1 per pint. Something different to try!

C**t couldn’t help us cut peppers but he can grind them! I told him it’s the first of many years making our secret family sweet pepper relish recipe ☺️☺️
