Tuesday - HOBO Hotdish (beef, onion, cheese, sour cream, potatoes, carrots and seasonings)

Wednesday - John Wayne casserole (beef, taco seasoning, tomatoes, biscuits, sour cream, mayo, onion, red pepper, cheese, sliced jalapenos on top and seasonings)
