Back by popular demand Applesauce donuts! We have a plain option this time around, as well as, cinnamon & sugar! We have a few loaves of Apple C***r Sourdough bread today also! We tested a loaf out this morning-oh boy is it delicious! Make some fantastic french toast with 4 Up Farms eggs, raw milk and fresh sourdough bread!

Apple Fritters are this weekend’s special treat at 4 Up Farms! These tasty treats are made with fresh local apples, local apple c***r, and the only sugar is the dash of powdered on top! And of course-Brownies are stocked and fresh sourdough bread will be available tomorrow morning.

Fall is in the air with these crisp mornings and delicious apples and pumpkins! We have a special treat at the farmstand at 4 Up Farms today! In celebration of Midvale’s Fall Festival we have made some applesauce donuts! Made with fresh homemade applesauce and fried in beef tallow it doesn’t get tastier than that!

We are so incredibly excited to have our delicious fresh raw milk available at 2 new locations! The Baker's Pantry, Council Idaho got a fresh delivery this morning and Willow Tree Restorative Center in Payette has weekly deliveries of Milk, sourdough bread, other sourdough goodies, and cheese curds. And let’s not forget about Grit D Grange in Weiser! Just want to say thank you to all of our customers that support us providing quality dairy to our community.

Sorry we didn’t make it to Midvale Farmers Market this week! We were a day late on getting bread made! Sourdough bread with fresh milled organic flour is in the stand, a few sourdough brownies, sourdough zucchini bread and now we have some fresh coffee roasted here at 4 Up Farms!

Miss Carol has begun her sabbatical for the next few months! Milk production falls onto Miss B-despite her best efforts this smoke has caused her to drastically reduce production. Thanks to our wonderful raw milk consumers we need more than she can provide-on that note we have another cow to add to our little group of phenomenal 4h cows but our retrieving her has been delayed by our fires, as well as, the eastern Washington fires.
Milk is still available daily in the farmstand at 4 Up Farms but due to the reduced production milk supply is limited for the next week or 2 until we can run up and get “Pie” to help us provide more quality raw milk for our community. Feel free to reach out if you have come for milk but don’t see any as we may have some cooled and ready. Just a reminder that the milk labeled on the bottom shelf is for the people on our list for a weekly scheduled pickup and is reserved.
