🐄 Small farms raise food on a different scale.
Large commercial feedlots are built to finish large numbers of cattle and supply a nationwide market. Small farms like 3:10 Ranch serve our community a few animals at a time.
Here, the work is personal. We check the animals, fill the water troughs, put out feed, maintain fences, and watch how they grow every day.
Our cattle are bred here, born here, raised here, and finished here. We put time into our genetics and care into each stage of their lives. That takes planning, patience, and months of work—which is why our beef comes in limited quantities.
We can’t simply turn up production when orders come in. Pasture, breeding cycles, growing time, and processing appointments all shape what we have available.
When you buy from a small local farm, you get a connection to the people doing that work. You can ask us what we feed, how we raise our animals, and how your order gets from our farm to your freezer.
At 3:10 Ranch, transparency comes with your order. We want you to know your farmer and feel confident feeding your family.
Thank you for supporting the daily work behind locally raised food. ❤️
