We would like to begin by thanking all of our customers, without your support we wouldn’t have a business.
But we would like to address the issue of cut sheets. If you drop off an animal for processing (beef, pig, deer, etc) please fill out one of our cut sheets for your animal. We routinely text cut sheets to customers, which can be printed off filled out and text back. If that doesn’t work please call during business hours and we can fill one out over the phone.
By filling out a sheet you take all of the guess work out of your order. It is your animal and we would like to cut it to your specifications.
