Good afternoon everyone, Your Bad ass butcher here lol…… Hunting season is ramping up slowly and with that new and exciting things are happening. This year thanks for the amazing handy work of my partner in crime (my hubby) we have made a cold storage/ walk in cooler for hanging deer. We are hoping to not be so cluttered in the butcher shop this year and also be able to take on more deer.

With that being said this is my 3rd year of being open and this year I am setting a goal of professing 100 deer.
