Heya! & Happy Monday 👋

One of my good friends loves Mondays! He says that it's these best day of the week and Friday is the second 🤯
He loves it because it's the day he uses to set himself up for success for the rest of the week and if it's a bad day, it's all good because it's over and you have Friday to look forward too.

I was hesitant at the idea first because Mondays can be tough but after thinking about and using that mindset for success I realised he's got a pretty great point!

How do you feel about Monday? Yay 🙆‍♂️ or Nay 🙅‍♂️

Now that most of us have been working from home for the last few months due to COVID. Who is guilty of not taking breaks and eating at their desk?

When I first started working from home I was doing it constantly, but after a while, I started seeing the negative effect it was having on my mental health and energy levels.

I now priorities breaks, making sure that I step away from my desk to eat and pending on Melbourne weather getting outside to breathe in some fresh air. Staying inside in the same location, is really detrimental to creative thinking, so if you want to show up as your best self in your business then you better get moving - pun intended 😅👯‍♀️

Did you know, that the name HALI means Sea 🌊 and is of Greek origin? ��Besides being a fun play on words, my business name also has a strong meaning for me. As a water star sign ♓️ the ocean has always been a special place for me and brings me so much peace, clarity, joy and helps inspires my creativity. ��It’s the one place I can go a million times and it always amazes me with its beauty and depth and I leave feeling revitalised and centred and I love that my biz name is a constant reminder of that 🙌🏻��Do you have a special place you go to re-energise?

Who’s been guilty of putting things off before they feel ready? I sure have 🙋🏼‍♀️��As a organiser and planner freak (you should see my pantry😅) I have definitely gotten in my own way and put off plenty because I didn’t feel like I had planned enough, was good enough, knew enough, let alone felt ‘ready’.��After reading Marie Forleo’s book - ‘Everything is Figureoutable’ I realised that everything really is figureoutable. I learnt that all my fears would still be there and it didn’t matter how prepared i was or felt, I just needed to jump in and do it! If a hurdle or fear arose I would figure it out, move through it, all would be ok and I would be one step closer to my dreams. ��What is something you feel or have felt was stopping you from getting the success you desired?

(N.) the tendency to not start anything until you’ve had a cup of coffee.

Today is international coffee day and I couldn’t agree with the above statement more 🥤🙌🏻 Even though I am a morning person, I still need a hit of caffeine before I really start anything 😅

Are you a go getter in the morning? Or do you need the coffee first?
