Closing statement Easter 2026…. If I had to put in a few words that describe the family and friends that help us during the holidays is as follows LOVE ,TRADITION,LOYALTY,DEDICATION, (for first timers oblivious works)😂. On a serious note most of those words are our entire make up strengthened by our customers and why we do what we do.I have to ask and personally need to know did you all tell a friend and get bused in? The challenge was real and we kept trying to conquer it. Thank you for choosing us to carry on your family tradition we love being a part of it! We are dedicated ,loyal and truly tried to accommodate you all! We love you all. Happy Easter !

We have limited smoked and fresh kielbasa. We are working on fulfilling orders so we are not completely clear on how much smoked we will have. I don’t want anyone to wait in a long line and be disappointed. We do have a smoker that will be ready to sell this afternoon. Working feverishly to figure out what we can add to the case.

We expected this little Easter biscuit to arrive yesterday but there was some complications nothing serious. Her production team had so many others that took first priority so there was a delay.She was freshly born at 547am. Due to her size we all agreed to warm her up for a bit. Meet our sweet girl Beata her name says all. We are truly Blessed!

We are currently out of kielbasa. We have orders only at this point. We are smoking more as we speak and will reopen for the public business hours as posted. We appreciate every one of our patrons and are working around the clock trying to accommodate you all.Unfortunately we fell short of the demand today.
