These are hanging weights. The price is all inclusive. Everything is vacuum sealed, labeled and weighed. Includes: bone in ribeye, New York strip, sirloin, fillet medallions, flat iron, round roast, chuck roast, ground beef, stew cubes.

We have an eighth of a beef available. 59 pounds hanging weight at $5.50 per pound makes the total $324.50. Pick up will be tomorrow. Everything is vacuum sealed, labeled and weighed. You will get ribeyes, New York strip, fillet medallions, flat iron, sirloin steak, ground beef, chuck roast, round roast and grilling ribs.

We have a quarter Beef available. Pick up will be September 30. Quarters typically run between $680 and $800 depending on hanging weight. $5.50 per pound hanging weight all inclusive. Vacuum sealed, weighed and labeled.
