Whiskey Hollow Farm Studio Hi! We’re Sara & Eric Aaserud, and together we run a small cut flower farm and pottery studio.

We’re open this weekend! Both Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4 pm! The shed is self serve and right off the driveway (marked with a flag). Send us a message with any questions! We do have mixed bouquets this weekend—probably the last weekend for flowers (and they look SO GOOD)

Our chickens come and go around the property as they please, which also means that they also lay their eggs wherever they want! So every other week we get to go on a hunt to figure out where they’re laying these days. Today I found their most recent clutch which included eggs from our newest chickens—and the most beautiful light blue eggs! So fun!

Hey friends! We are still in one of the greenhouses at Hafner’s in Syracuse today from 10-4! Thank you to everyone who stopped out and saw us yesterday. We’re still buzzing about about all the feedback we got from talking with you 🫶🏼

We’re here at the hafners greenhouse this weekend! Stop by and say hi! 🤗

Based on feedback from our last show, Eric made a couple of pitchers…annnd they have lids! I know we’re kind of moving out of iced tea season, but I think it would also be great to hold some sort of fall cocktail or drink. Any recommendations? Toss something with apple or pumpkin my way, and I’m sold! Just a reminder we will be at the Hafners greenhouse this weekend for a show so the shed will be closed. Hope you can pop buy and say hi!

We have almost 700 mini pumpkins prepped for this weekend! Which color is your favorite? I’m actually partial to the matte yellow ones!

Last kiln load before next weekend—it’s still hot, but we opened the top and it looks good so far.

The shed will be open this weekend! We’ll have some bouquets and I’ll also be putting out some garlic graters and sponge holders from last weekend’s kiln load 🤗 I know a few people have asked about those in particular. Reminder next weekend we’ll be in one of the Hafners greenhouses for a show! Lots to do this weekend to finish getting ready!
