Here at J&L we smoke meat the old fashion way. We put your hams and bacon in a cure for about 2 weeks. We then slowly smoke it in our smokehouse. Many other shops pump chemicals known as "liquid smoke" into meat to make it taste like it was smoked. Even though their way is faster, we feel it's more important to keep chemicals out of your meats!

Here some hams are going in the smokehouse and some bacon is being prepped to go in next.
