🍭 Meet the Maker | Buzzy's Sweet Treats 🍭

Medina if you have a sweet tooth and a love for summer then this is the vendor spotlight you have been waiting for! We are so excited to shine a light on one of our most beloved vendors, Buzzy’s Sweet Treats! And here is a fun fact that makes this story even sweeter, Buzzy’s was born right here at the Farmers Market of Medina County at Cornerstone Chapel in 2022 and they have felt right at home ever since! 💚

🍡 Every popsicle at Buzzy’s is made with fresh seasonal fruit and wholesome ingredients using only natural sweeteners like honey, agave nectar, or cane sugar. No artificial anything, just pure refreshing goodness in every single bite! Fan favorite flavors include lemonade, peach, berry blast, and strawberry but trust us once you try one you will want them all!

🍪 Here is where things get really exciting! Buzzy’s ice cream cookies feature homemade cookies made by none other than Bella’s Kolacky, a fellow vendor right here at the market, filled with premium ice cream. Two incredible local makers coming together to create one absolutely irresistible treat! Now that is what community looks like! 🌿

🍬 Rounding out the menu is their fun and festive cotton candy available in both traditional and all natural flavors! Whether you are six or sixty there is something at the Buzzy’s tent that is going to put a big smile on your face!

We are excited to welcome one of the most thoughtful and passionate farming families to the market this week! Avodah Sustainable Acres is a family run farm with a mission that goes far deeper than what you see on the surface and we mean that literally! 🌿

At Avodah healthy soil is the entire mission! This incredible family has been farming for eleven years without a single synthetic fertilizer or chemical, relying solely on compost and cover crops to maintain fertility and preserve the beautiful biological world living beneath our feet. This is farming the way nature intended!

Avodah farms just one acre but they farm it with incredible intention, keeping the soil always planted and producing a stunning array of fresh vegetables including lettuce, radishes, beets, carrots, kale, cabbage, tomatoes, peppers, celery, garlic, onions, and so much more!

We have one of the most heartwarming stories in our entire vendor family to share with you today and we just know you are going to fall in love with this new vendor!

Meet Liz Collins, home baker, middle school assistant principal, and the incredibly inspiring founder of Collins Girls Bakery!

What started as a stress relief hobby in college has blossomed into something truly beautiful! Liz founded Collins Girls Bakery alongside her young daughters, turning their kitchen into a place of learning, laughter, and love. Her girls help measure, mix, and create every single batch, learning responsibility and life skills one delicious recipe at a time.

Every item at Collins Girls Bakery is a handcrafted cottage good made with the same care and intention that Liz has poured into baking since her college days. From crusty artisan sourdough loaves to chewy chocolate chip cookies to beautiful homemade cakes, there is something at their tent for every sweet tooth and every table!

For Liz baking is still her sanctuary. It is how she recenters, slows down, and finds joy in the middle of a busy life. And when you taste something made with that kind of intention you can truly feel the difference in every single bite!
