🐝 The Busy Bees of Poland 🐝

Did you know Poland once had its very own “Busy Bee Club”?
Started by 4th and 5th grade girls at Bailey Hill School in 1932, the club grew into a community force for good that lasted 60 years! 🌟

What began as a group of neighborhood girls making crafts and publishing a little newspaper called The Bee Hive soon became a powerhouse of kindness — raising money for those in need, donating to charities like the Salvation Army and Gloucester Fishermen’s Fund, and helping local families during tough times. ❤️

They even bought and renovated a one-room schoolhouse on Bailey Hill in 1953 to use as their clubhouse — complete with a kitchen and meeting space!

Generations of “Busy Bees” had made their mark on Poland’s history through friendship, service, and community spirit. 🐝💛
