Food and food insecurities should not be a challenge and that's why Destiny of Greenwood's motto is "Serving Healthy/ Serving Hope".

Ron Miller from Golden Harvest has officially approved the Destiny of Greenwood Food Pantry to operate at Grace Community Church. This partnership will help expand our outreach and allow us to serve and reach more people in need within our community.

We are excited to announce a new partnership between Destiny of Greenwood and Grace Community Church. This collaboration will enhance our food storage and strengthen our food ministry so we can help even more people in need. Thank you, Grace Community Church, for partnering with us!

Today was a great day at Destiny. The Morris Chapel Awana program was unable to meet at their normal location due to damages from Hurricane Helena so we opened up our doors to them at no cost.

Supporting children, seniors and families is the heart of what we do. Your tax deductible donation helps us continue to expand our outreach and services.

Since February 2024; Destiny has served over 2,000 individuals and given away over 75,000 lbs of free food.

As we approach the end of 2024; we are gearing up for our final Food Distribution in December as well as our signature event to prepare hot meals to those in needs. Our goal is to increase our outreach to serve an additional 120 seniors/special needs individuals and need your help.

We are so sorry we will be unable to provide food for those in need this month. FREE HOTDOGS AND WATER will be available today (Wednesday 10/2 ) at Durst Avenue Church of God from 5pm until it's gone. Please share this information and as we discover more options in the community we will continue to share this information.
