I decided that the best way to get over the loss of my flock was to get more chicks. And I was right, they are adorable! I do ask though for those of us who live on or near New Jersey Ridge Road to watch out for stray dogs. I know there are several people who do not fence their dogs, but it is unacceptable and illegal for a neighborhood dog to enter someone else’s property and kill their livestock. Please report any loose dogs to our local animal shelter. They are aware of the problem and they will investigate.

My website is newly updated. Check it out for microgreens and elderberry syrup which are available year round and for a more focused produce list for next year based on customer preferences. And, of course, my Kentucky Specialty Series of baked goods will be returning as well (these are available all year by special order - minimum order required).
