BLACK CHERRY BBQ RIBS

Ingredients:
1 large rack of pork ribs (5-7lbs)
1/2 cup of RFTV’s Cherry Dark Balsamic Vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 small onion, diced
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 Tbs soy sauce (We use Liquid Aminos)
2 Tbs grainy Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
-Pat ribs dry & place on parchment lined baking tray.
-Whisk balsamic, garlic, onion, sugar, soy sauce, and Dijon, and brush sauce onto both sides of ribs.
-Place ribs in 225F oven for 6 hours, basting every 2 hours.
-When ribs are nearly done, preheat grill and sear ribs on both sides for about 5 minutes to crisp.

Hello friends!! What's up? Hot enough for ya? :We can already taste that first sip of Pucker Up Lemonade!!! Blood Orange is our favorite (and my "our" we mean the person writing this post!!).

To our ❤️ SOURDOUGH BREAD LOVERS ❤️
Tomorrow will be the last day to order sourdough until after July 4 as Monica will be undergoing surgery and will require at least a 2 week recovery. If you only eat her bread (like we do), I would recommend ordering what you need for the next 3 weeks and freezing it. 🍞 We can tell you from experience that the sliced sandwich loaf defrosts beautifully on the counter, as do her sourdough brownies and cookies. We have also rewarmed defrosted boules and focaccia in the oven, and they come out fresh-baked— crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. (We’ll post a reel we made in our story for those who are interested in learning how we rebake our boules. And you can do it in the air fryer to avoid heating up your oven!)
