The Merindorf’s are excited to announce that we will offer BONELESS venison processing, starting October 1st thru January 1st for the season! Trim can be dropped off during our normal business hours.

Here’s what we have to offer:

🦌Raw Trim (Wrap + Grind Only)
Require 15 # Minimum
Grind + Wrap $1/lb.
Add Pork $2.50/lb.
Add Beef $5/lb.

🦌Hunter Sausage
Vacuum Sealed in 1 # packages
Regular & Flavored Options $8/lb.
Flavored Options Available: Cheese (Pepper-jack or Cheddar), Jalapeno, and Jalapeno with Cheese (Pepper-jack or Cheddar)

🦌Summer Sausage
Vacuum Sealed in 2 # logs
Regular $9/log
Flavored $10/log
Flavored Options Available: Cheese (Pepper-jack or Cheddar), Jalapeno, and Jalapeno with Cheese (Pepper-jack or Cheddar)

We recently participated in 📍517 Restaurant Week with our smokehouse chicken. Wow! Did the 517 community show up! We ran out of chickens multiple times…which is good, but we don’t like letting you all down.

So we’ve got exciting news to share! 🐓

We will be running the promotion thru Sunday, October 11th ❗️If you missed out on this one, here’s your chance.
