🚨 Yuba-Sutter Fair season is almost here, and Zach has room for just a couple more animals before our cutoff. 🚨

We are so grateful to be one of the butcher shops processing animals for the Yuba-Sutter Fair. To make sure we have room to take care of our fair families, we cleared our books during fair season.

That means once these last few spots are filled, we will not have any additional custom processing availability until the end of July.

If you have a beef, pig, or lamb that needs to be processed before then, now is the time to get on the schedule.

Memorial Day weekend is often filled with family, food, BBQs, and time together, but we never want to lose sight of what this holiday truly stands for.
