🍓So what’s your jam🍓

Today is supposed to be much cooler so what a perfect day to hop on over to one of the stands and grab yourself some delicious fresh strawberries to make some jam. There’s no better way to persevere summer than homemade strawberry jam 🍓. This also makes such a nice touch to throw in a gift basket for any celebration🥳. I have included a bunch of recipes for you from small batches, low sugar, no pectin and freezer jam. So let get jammin today 🍓🤗

All strawberry stands will reopen at 9:00 a.m. with fresh-picked strawberries available while supplies last.

🍓Due to the warm weather the ladies can’t stay in the horse trailers all day it get way to warm inside for them. To for our staff’s protection they will only be open till they sell out today 6/14. 🍓 Happy Strawberry Shortcake Day from Biringer Berries! 🍓

Did you know Strawberry Shortcake has been an American summertime favorite for over 150 years? While strawberries and cream have been enjoyed for centuries, the strawberry shortcake we know and love became popular in the United States during the mid-1800s as fresh strawberries became widely available during the summer harvest season.

Today, Strawberry Shortcake Day is the perfect excuse to celebrate one of summer’s sweetest traditions using fresh, local berries!

✨ The Perfect Strawberry Shortcake Starts with Fresh Berries ✨

For the strawberries:
• 4 cups fresh Biringer Berries strawberries, sliced
• ¼ cup sugar

Simply mix the strawberries and sugar together and let them sit for about 30 minutes to create a delicious natural syrup.

While picking up your Biringer Berries strawberries, don’t forget to grab some of our locally baked biscuits! They make the perfect accompaniment to our sweet, juicy berries and take homemade strawberry shortcake to the next level. Just add whipped cream for a simple and delicious summertime dessert.

Biringer Farm is looking for 1 reliable seasonal employees to run our remote berry trailers during strawberry season!

✅ Must be 18+
✅ Must have reliable transportation
✅ Must be able to work independently
✅ Must be dependable and punctual
✅ Must be available for our full 6-week season (through mid-July)
✅ No vacations scheduled during harvest season

Duties include:
• Selling strawberries & berries
• Handling cash/card sales
• Stocking and keeping stand clean
• Opening/closing trailer independently
• Friendly customer service

This is a great seasonal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and supporting local farming 🍓

We've had lots of inquiries about when the stands will open. Well, we need some more sunshine ☀️. We have tons of big, beautiful blossoms, but are waiting for the berries to come on strong 🍓. 🍓🫐 ANNOUNCEMENT 🫐🍓

We have decided to make today our last day of the season 🥺.

We want to thank all our wonderful customers who come back year after year to support us; we couldn’t do it without you ❤️. You wonderful people have supported not one, but all four of our stands, and we appreciate every single one of you. We literally have the very best customer base that anyone could ask for. So thank you for making this another great year for our little berry stands.

I would also like to thank Biringer Farm for all the hard working individuals that busted out some serious work to get those berries grown and picked so we could get them out to our customers, so thank you for all the incredibly long days and hard work, i know for a fact all our customers appreciated it.

We would also like to thank all our wonderful ladies who helped us run the stands seven days a week to get those berries out to our customers. So thank you, Amy, Janet, Rachel, Tess, Jan, and Christa. If we didn’t have the support of these ladies, it would be impossible to get the berries out to everyone. Some of these ladies have come back year after year, so again, thank you ☺️.

If you are still in need of berries please visit the farm to pick some up. Until next year Snohomish County, have a wonderful summer and hope to see everyone in the fall for pumpkin season 🎃❣️
