We will have frozen chicken and eggs (both chicken and duck) available Saturday at the Morgan County Farmers Market. We will also have other handmade items available.

We will have a special on Saturday! If you spend $25 at our booth, you will get a free dozen chicken eggs.

And if you are an Associate Member of the market, we will have a special discount available when you show your loyalty card.

It’s market day!! We will be set up in Mooresville from 3-6pm May 19, 2026 at the Tractor Supply parking lot off 67. Please join us and support local! Food trucks will be there so you can grab dinner as well!

We are watching the weather and it looks like it may rain a little so grab your umbrellas just in case. If it worsens we may need to close the market early so make sure you follow this page for updates. Looking forward to seeing everyone!!

Finally got my herbs planted and tomatoes in the ground! I’ll probably work little by little this week getting everything in the ground. I used Worm Crafted Gardens in all the pots and tomatoes. I’m excited to see how they do! I was really late this year and not able to get any seeds started early, but I was happy to support some local businesses for my plant starts. I may need more but for now I’m good. Only 19 tomatoes plants this year. 🤪🤪

We’ve hatched three little ducklings so far with more pipping! I may have some for sale or I may keep them, not sure yet. 🤪

Today’s market (May 16) is canceled. Hope to see you all next week!

UPDATE: We are canceling the market for today, May 16. Thunderstorms are rolling in during the market time and I don’t want to risk anyone’s safety. We will see you all next week!

We upgraded our brooder this week! Each tank holds about 40 meat chicks and they will stay in the brooder for a couple weeks before being able to withstand the outside temperature. We just got our second batch of chicks today! Our first batch goes into butcher next week and then we will be fully restocked on meat again.
