These Slow Cooker Poor Man’s Meatloaf are packed with glazed meatloaf, rich sauce, and hearty comforting flavor. 🤍

One bite of this old-fashioned family favorite will bring back memories of Grandma’s cozy kitchen!

Ingredients

• 2 lb ground beef

• 1 onion, chopped

• 1 cup ketchup

• 1/2 cup brown sugar

• 1/4 cup mustard

Instructions

Mix the ground beef and chopped onion, then form into a loaf and place in the slow cooker.

In a bowl, mix the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.

Pour the glaze over the meatloaf.

Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours until cooked through.

Serve warm with the rich sauce spooned over.
Nothing beats a warm slice of glazed meatloaf and rich sauce shared around the family table. 🤍
