So what is beef tallow?

It’s basically rendered beef fat that people use for cooking, and once you start using it, it’s kinda hard to go back...

Use it for:
🥔 crispy potatoes
🥩 better steak sears
🍳 cooking eggs
🔥 pretty much anything you want more flavor in

Simple ingredients, high-heat friendly, and just one of those old-school cooking staples that’s making a comeback for a reason.

Spend 2 1/2 hours with our master butchers, while we give you a hands-on experience of making sausage. Each participant will take home 1 lb of sausage and a printed recipe card.

At the event, also enjoy the included beer, charcuterie, and snacks during your visit 📍
