๐Ÿœ๐ŸคŽ A taste of Japanese umami ๐ŸคŽ๐Ÿœ

Have you heard of Mentsuyu?
Mentsuyu means a dipping sauce for noodles. It is a soy-based, umami-rich sauce enjoyed with udon, soba, and somen. Made with carefully selected ingredientsโ€”including bonito, shiitake mushrooms, kombu kelp, and sardinesโ€”it delivers a deep, savory flavor with gentle sweetness.

Crafted by Moribun, a Japanese brewing company with a long history, this concentrated Mentsuyu is made using traditional techniques with a modern sensibility. This concentrated Mentsuyu can be used for noodle dipping or as a versatile seasoning for soup noodles, tempura, hot pots, simmered dishes, and donburi bowls. Itโ€™s even delicious in dressings, marinades, and meat dishes!
