Firstly want to say thanks to everyone who has supported the business so far! It’s been a great start to our first year selling fruit thanks to you all. I’ll only have approximately 100lbs available this week, then it will be around a month before we have more fruit. If you’d like to place an order, please direct message me with the weight of fruit you want and where you are located. They are $10/lb. We are out of red fruit, so all fruit sold will be pink/purple. I can only guarantee orders made by tomorrow, Monday, August 18th, at 3:30pm. I have to let the Mandeville Trailhead Market know if we are attending by Monday, so after tomorrow at 3:30pm, i will have to commit some fruit to the market if we still have a sizeable amount not sold. For my Westbank people, I will be in the Texas Roadhouse parking lot on the Westbank Expressway in a white Ford F-150 tomorrow from 11:30-12:30 with orders for pickup. If you cannot make the pickup time, please message me to make other arrangements. I will message everyone with order totals tonight once I finish putting orders together. Cash, venmo, and zelle are all acceptable forms of payment.

Hi everyone,
For anyone who is on the waiting list and has not been contacted about getting fruit yet, there will be enough fruit ready to fill everyone’s order in another week or two. Please message me how many pounds of fruit you want ($10/lb) and whether you’re in the Covington area. Please also let me know if you have a preference on the color of the fruit’s flesh (inside); I have pink, purple, and red. I’ll reach out to anyone I don’t hear from in the coming week in case you miss the post.

Birds unfortunately got to about half of the fruit from the first wave before we did, but double bagging with mesh organza bags seems to have solved the problem!

Quick update, the first fruit of the season should be ready for harvest 4th of July weekend! There won’t be enough fruit this wave to get to everyone on our list, but worry not! The second wave of flowers has already been pollinated, and there should be 10x more fruit available from wave two. We will begin reaching out to people on our list based on when they were added in the coming weeks.
