Generally speaking we “older” folks look forward to turning 65 as it’s the standard age for retirement. This Wednesday I turn 62….retire in 3 years?! No way, I have sooooo much more left to do! I can’t possibly fit it into the next 3 years!!!! This week we’re celebrating the fact that age is just a number by combining 2 of my fav things…cake and cheesecake with BIRTHDAY CAKE SCOOPABLE CHEESECAKE!
Layers of birthday cake, icing, creamy cheesecake, my special whipped topping and lots of sprinkles!!!!

This is one of my fav keto friendly breakfast meals! Two boiled eggs with cheddar cheese, bacon and guacamole!!! Come try it this week! Served with a side of fruit!
