The Triple Nibble is a nice medium sized pre fix plate for any casual occasion, and sure to wow your friends! Just please call at least one day ahead of time, as always we are short staffed :)

Oma is a cheese we have carried on and off for years, and theres nothing quite like it. This batch is young and lactic tasting compared to usual, but that does allow the grassiness to be tasted. Its a lovely young, pungent cheese

You can really taste the flavor of the bay leaf tea the spruce band wrapping this cheese is soaked in. Never had a cheese taste like this. Fantastic!
