Victory Rolling Foods LLC Victory Rolling Foods is a home bakery to become a food truck business. Founded in West Texas, it specializes in traditional "sweet" kolaches, a Kolachery!

Victory Rolling Foods is grounded in the belief I was raised on, food warms the soul and serving others is one of the most rewarding things that we as humans can do, so I made a profession out of those beliefs and became a Chef! My Grandmother, or Nanny D, is my inspiration and motivation to live life to the fullest by doing what I love. The concept behind Victory Rolling Foods is simple: freshly

baked or cooked and served to you with a smile!!! I try to use as much local ingredients as I can and support a small businesses as myself. Starting off I am a home bakery specializing in a Czechoslovakian pastry filled with different fruit fillings called a Kolache! (Don't confuse these with a sausage wrapped in dough and baked, those are called Klobasnek) These are made from a Family recipe that I grew up with and are one of my fondest memories of childhood. I will expand into a Food Truck once the funds and the Bus come in.
