If you've ever dealt with painful leg cramps at night, you know how miserable they can be. I used to wake up with severe leg cramps that would keep me from getting the rest | needed.

That's one of the reasons I started making my magnesium cream from scratch. What began as something I created for myself has become one of my most-loved products. Whenever I feel a cramp starting,
l apply the cream, and for me, the relief comes quickly.

I can't imagine being without it now, and I'm so grateful to be able to share it with others through Sisterly Roots.

Each jar is handcrafted with care, using thoughtfully selected
ingredients to create a simple addition to your self-care routine that supports relaxation and muscle comfort.
