🍓 One of our favorite days of summer 🍓

This morning we headed out to Skelly's Farm Market for our annual strawberry picking tradition - and this year every berry was picked with a purpose with you on our minds.

These fresh picked berries are going straight into your Prep’t meals this week and we couldn’t be more excited about it. Because here at Prep’t, we believe real food starts with real ingredients and being able to support our local farmers is honestly why we do what we do. Our vision is about community and choosing local over convenience. It’s about showing up for each other and understanding the the health of our community starts with how we eat and who we support. Farms like Skellys are treasures - showing up every season and pouring their hearts into the soil to give us something real deserves to be celebrated.

This week we have added a few new options to include these fresh strawberries into as many meals as possible:

This morning we headed out to Skelly's Farm Market for our annual strawberry picking tradition - and this year every berry was picked with a purpose with you on our minds.

The Summer Berry Salad:
A bright and refreshing salad bursting with fresh flavor! Fresh strawberries, blueberries, cucumbers, walnuts and feta over a bed of arugula and spinach - complete with a house-made honey lime vinegatette.

The BBQ Chicken Salad
Bringing you a healthy backyard BBQ in a bowl! Crisp romaine lettuce, roasted corn, organic black beans, bright cherry tomatoes, house-made pickled red onions and finishing off with our amazing honey mustard dressing
