All of our stocks are bone broths! The cooking process is part of our slow cook kettle program where chicken, pork, or beef bones are cooked in water for 24-48 hours. Bone broth not only tastes good, there’s health benefits as well due to protein, collagen, electrolytes, and amino acids. Benefits include:

🥩 Whole animal butchery is kinda our thing, here at Red Hog. Our local farmers sell us the animal knowing the whole animal will be utilized. It’s during this process that the butchers form a connection with the animal, striving to use every bit of the meat and be mindful of the future of the animal. We take pride in being Louisville’s only whole animal butchery retail shop and not only respect the animals that feed us but provide our communities with the opportunity to experience and celebrate what Kentucky’s farmland has to offer.
