New 8-inch Pizzas made fresh daily at the Cafe

Our new 8-inch pizzas are made with a naturally leavened dough made in-house using a sourdough starter and unbleached flour, for a structured slice with a subtle chew. Finished with a variety of organic toppings and wood-fired for a flavorful, lightly charred crust.
