Entry level office job in which you assist the manager of the office by filing, creating invoices for customers and printing them, and look for invoices we may need moving forward. Some of the invoices may need edits for example or you may pick up the phones. A very simple and easy job, 20-25 hours a week. Work begins 7 am. Days off are Sundays and Monday. Working Saturday is necessary because eventually you will open that day by yourself. One of the main necessities and non-negotiables is to open on Saturday and on this day when you are properly trained to invoice you will do so on your own. The only day in the entire week which is not flexible on taking off is Saturday, all other days are very flexible if you have something like a doctors appointment, or your childrens game to attend to etc. All other days are supervised and manageable. This is NOT a remote job. The pay is 17$/hr. Must arrive to work on time, be an organized person, and be willing to work on Saturday. Other than these three main things we are fairly relaxed. If you have an AA degree or more that is a plus but definitely not a requirement.

Responsibilities
•
Responsible for providing prompt and courteous customer service.
Removes boxes from pallets and places them on shelves as well as opens boxes and removes single items to make own pallet.

Follows program to maintain the cleanliness of the area by a regular maintenance schedule of scrubbing, and pulling out pallets and cleaning underneath, checking their van for cleanliness.

Continuously reviews status of van for safety hazards

Promptly and safely handles any spills and removes any trash such as plastic wrap, plastic ties, pieces of wood or any other trash gets immediately removed from the van and personal staging area of products and discarded appropriately

Promptly informs supervisors of any hazards, maintenance required

Performs other work-related duties as required and assigned

Responsible for providing prompt and courteous customer service, palletizing, cleaning van, delivering product, picking up product, is a team
player, and maintains a clean van.

Essential Functions:
• Provides prompt, courteous and friendly customer service.
• Removes boxes from pallets and places them on shelves as well as opens boxes and removes single items to re-stock shelves
• Performs the proper inspections to meet HACCP regulations when receiving product at docks and before and after delivery.
• Assists in the review inventory for product rotation on a daily basis to prevent shrinkage and damages.
• Follows program to maintain the cleanliness of the area by a regular maintenance schedule of scrubbing, and pulling out pallets and cleaning underneath.
• Continuously reviews status of van for safety hazards. Promptly and safely handles any spills and removes any trash such as plastic wrap, plastic ties, pieces of wood or any other trash gets immediately removed from the floor and discarded appropriately.

We have the expertise to train you in a new type of sales but you need the understanding of sales in general.

Based on the accounts you get you can genuinely make between 3000-8000 or more for some it just depends how much they are go getters. We look forward to hearing from you. There’s no catch if you get one account you may make only an extra 500 dollars a month but if you get three, four, or five, and they have a great commission you can achieve higher numbers in general.

This job is remote we do not require you to come in except for the process of instructions. This is required for me to bring you on as I like to get a feel for someone in general. The sales are independent filing type.

Your morning starts early we get to the docks to begin getting items at 6am.
Must be aware that the early start time is 6 am and comfortable with that time. If you speak Spanish it is a plus but not necessary.

Part time three days a week (No full time available) must pass physical fitness and be able to lift 80 lbs. One of the days we need someone is for Saturday.

3 total 8-10 hour days depending on traffic. Some days there could be a traffic jam so time goes over.

That being said I cannot personally be on my phone constantly while managing an entire warehouse. We appreciate the grace and understanding as we are a mom and pop local shop. We love you for reaching out and respect you very much however we cannot meet the demand of today’s consumers expecting responses as quickly as Jeff Bazos can manage from Amazon. That doesn’t mean I don’t care! It actually means I care lots and try to keep my hands out of my pockets staring at my phone so I am manage to help customers currently in the warehouse and more!
