Midweek sale! Yellow oyster mushrooms- 6 oz, $8.50 each. These unruly mushrooms couldn’t wait for the weekend’s harvest.
The beautiful yellow oysters have a mild, delicate flavor. They are a great addition to soups, pastas, stir-fry’s… or simply sautéed in olive oil.

Mushrooms available for local Los Alamos delivery tomorrow, 3/19, between 11 and 2.

This week’s spotlight mushroom: Pink Oyster! These vibrant beauties have a meaty flavor and make a great vegetarian meat substitute in dishes. There is a catch to their deliciousness, however. They have one of the shortest shelf lives of our mushroom varieties and must be enjoyed within 2-3 days of harvest.

Pink oyster, yellow oyster, and brown oyster 6 oz packs available this week! $8.50 each. We thank you for your patience as we get our site up and running- in the meantime we will be taking orders through our page. Pm with interest!
