Haystack Mountain Creamery Locally owned and operated producer of artisan, pasteurized goat and cow milk cheeses.

Our cheesemaker, Jackie Chang, produces a variety of award-winning products made with high-quality, locally-sourced goat's and cow's milk. Most of the goat's milk for our cheese is sourced from two Amish Farms in the San Luis Valley. Our cows milk comes from Aurora Dairy, family owned and operated Colorado Cow and Longmont Dairy.
