A calf was hiding in a contiguous field. I knew something was wrong because the mom was staring at the fence and her newborn calf was not around. Twenty feet into the high grass the calf was laying down with a nervous mom mooing on the other side. See our beautiful calves and Belted Galloway cows. Take a country drive! we’re open Saturday and Sunday 11-5. “ Where old world charm meets old world quality “. We have grass fed ground beef, hot dogs, hamburgers, variety of sausages, roasts, chicken, farm fresh eggs, milk, soups, pot pies and our.PharmDocCBD wellness products.🌱.

The next herd Sire is L4‼️ “L”was born in 2023. What name would you give L4 ? it has to begin with the Letter L. Please let us know, we’re entertaining all comments. This is classic cattle dominance hierarchy behavior, a younger bull challenging an older bull. Avery is older and is no longer has the strength to be challenged by a younger bull, he has amazing European genetics, confirmation and he’s a great example of the Belted Galloway breed. We will give him an another chance to be with the ladies for a month of July. Go Avery!! You can still do it!! Then L4 the dominant bull will be introduced to the herd in August, he’s second in line.

Avery our retired bull, may make a comeback‼️. Avery our beloved registered bull has not feeling well these last few years. He lost massive amounts of weight and had difficulty walking as we thought his hind legs were severely arthritic after many years of breeding. This year we put him in isolation in a much smaller paddock with an abundant amounts of nutritious tall grass and close to the water trough. . Last night I noticed his rump and hind quarter was filling out and he was walking much better without pain. He was sniffing around the younger ladies in the field. We will move the large mature cows from the back to the front as his genetics are exceptional and hopefully he’ll breed once again . Avery is back ‼️. He may get another chance at breeding this year. After a month or so we’ll separate him again and place him alone in a different pasture. We have another younger capable bull, we haven’t used yet that will make sure all the older ladies will get pregnant. Old guy Avery will get the first crack at the girls once again. ☘️. The back up bull will do the rest!! . Go Avery‼️. The old guy still has it!! 🙏🏻 🔴 Look at the second video on my profile page when Avery was attacked by two older bulls this past winter and almost died. We had over 1.5 million views.

June 6th, 1944. D - Day. Today we remember the courage, sacrifice and determination of the Allied soldiers who stormed the beaches of Normandy 82 years ago. More than 156,000 Americans, British, Canadian and Allied forces took part in the largest seaborne invasion in world history. Beginning the liberation of Western Europe from N**i occupation. Many were young men who left farms, towns, and families behind, answering the call greater than themselves. Their bravery helped secure freedom we enjoy today. At the Totten Family Farm. We pause to honor the members of the greatest generation and all who served. 🇺🇸 Freedom is not free🇺🇸. We remember 🇺🇸 We honor🇺🇸 We are all grateful 🇺🇸 -day
