Hey everyone! We wanted to apologize for being a little MIA lately. As many of you know, we opened our coffee and sandwich shop, The Coop in Ashley back in mid-April, and we’ve been busy adjusting to the new adventure and pace that comes with it! ☕🥪
Because of that, we’ve decided to take a short break from butchering and processing here in Long Lake while we regroup and focus on keeping everything running smoothly. We simply don’t have the staffing to manage it all at the moment.
The good news — we are still continuing our State Inspected products on Wednesdays and Friday mornings and all of our stores should remain fully stocked! If you need anything or would like to place an order, you can: 📞 Call on Wednesdays or Fridays when someone is there

We want to clear up some rumors and confusion we’ve been hearing lately.
L&L Meat Market has NOT changed our name — and we never will. We will always operate as L&L Meat Market, no matter where we are located.
While we are excited to share that we are renovating a plant in Ashley, North Dakota, we are still in the construction phase. Until then (and even after), our shop in Long Lake will continue operating as usual with the same name, the same label, and the same great products you know and love.
We are proud of our name and our roots, and that will never change.
Stay tuned — we’re working on something big! 👀
