Our seollungtang inspired Korean bone broth is made using only beef bones, marrow & knuckles and is boiled for 12 hours for a clean, milky broth. Sold in hot cups in-store or frozen in quarts for pick up/delivery.
Use as a base broth for any Korean soup or stew for a deeply rich & luxurious feel (great for ramen too!) or drink as is. We particularly recommend rice cake soup with dumplings.
