From our kitchen to yours, a simple yummy dip for all your summer parties.

From the kitchen of Deli Employee Shelby Westart, here's the quick and easy Westart Family Dip!

Westart Family Dip

1 package cream cheese
1 medium container of mild salsa
1 package shredded cheddar cheese

Mix together and serve with chips!

Easy, simple, and yummy!

From our family to yours, from the kitchen of Grandma Z herself!

Grandma Z's Pork Loin Roast

3-4 lb. Boneless Rolled Pork Roast from the Rib End
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
4 Tbs. Butter
2 Tbs. Flour
1 Cup chopped Onions
1 ½ Cup Heinz Chili Sauce
2 Cups Water

Brown Roast in a Dutch oven with Butter and Flour. Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder to taste. Cover with Onions. Draw a line of Chili Sauce down center of roast (1 ½ cups max), add 2 cups of water to pot (at least). Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes per pound, or until tender.

From our family to yours!

From the kitchen of Deli Employee, Natalie Rocque, Mrs. Fields Cookie Recipe!

2 Cups of Butter
2 Cups of Sugar
2 Cups of Brown Sugar
*Cream together.

Add:
4 eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla
4 Cups of Flour
1 teaspoon of salt
5 Cups of Ground oatmeal
2 teaspoons of Baking Soda
2 Teaspoons of baking powder
*Mix together

Add:
24oz chocolate chips

Roll into Golf Ball Sized balls and put on a cookie sheet to bake.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes

*Optional Add ins:
1 3 oz Hershey Bar Chopped and 3 Cups of Chopped Nuts.

From the kitchen of our Deli Manager, Pat

South Georgia Caviar...

2 Cans of Black Eyed peas (drained)
1 Can of Corn (drained and rinsed)
1 Can Rotel (drained)
1 Jalepeno, very finely chopped
1 Med onion, chopped
1/2 red peper, chopped
1 8oz Italian dressing (wishbone brand preferred)
Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder to Taste.
Mix in large bowl.
Serve with tortilla chips (El Ranchero or On The Border)

Make the night before and refrigerate for best taste.
