Pregnancy is about more than getting through labor. 🤍

Staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle during pregnancy are important—but so is making sure your body has the mobility and balance it needs to support your growing baby.

Chiropractic care helps give you that balance during pregnancy. It will support proper pelvic alignment and mobility, with the goal of reducing restrictions that may contribute to an uncomfortable pregnancy or a more difficult labor. (Prolonged pushing phase)

We want to help create the best possible environment for baby’s positioning and development, while helping mom feel more comfortable throughout pregnancy. Good posture starts inside the belly!

The goal isn’t simply to get you through pregnancy…

It’s to help you feel strong, supported, comfortable, and prepared for labor and delivery. 💙

🫒 It’s BACK! Rallis Olive Oil 🫒

One of my favorite products is BACK in the office, and I’m so excited! ❤️

If you’ve been around my office for a while, you may remember Rallis Olive Oil. I haven’t had it in stock for a little while, and I’m so happy to have it back on the shelves Dr. Connie Desando !

What makes this one special to me is that I know the family behind it. They lovingly farm their olive groves in Greece and personally oversee the process from the olives to the bottle.

When you know the people who grow your food, where it comes from, and how much care goes into producing it…you just know there’s something different about it. 🇬🇷🫒

Consciously farmed. High antioxidant. Extra virgin olive oil.

And yes…this is one I’m happy to put my name behind. 😉

Available now at both Carolina Health Solutions locations!

Have you ever considered that what you put ON your body matters?

As we’ve expanded our hormone testing Dr. Connie Desando , we’re having more conversations with patients about the many factors that can influence hormone health—including the products we use every single day.

Your skin is your largest organ, and your personal-care products can be a meaningful part of your overall exposure to chemicals. Some ingredients used in cosmetics and personal-care products, including certain phthalates, parabens and fragrance-related ingredients, have been identified as potential endocrine-disrupting chemicals.

I’m intentional about the products I choose to carry at Dr. Connie’s Market. 💚

Because supporting your hormones isn’t just about what happens in a lab test.
It’s also about looking at the everyday choices that make up your life.

✅What you eat.
✅What you put on your skin.
✅What you clean your home with.
✅How you move, sleep and manage stress.

Small changes can add up.

Stop by Dr. Connie’s Market to explore our skincare and wellness products, or ask us about the products we recommend when you’re working on a more hormone-conscious approach to your health.

Quality ingredients. Thoughtful choices. Whole-person wellness. 🤍

When Mom needs an adjustment, but somebody else decides it’s HIS turn to get comfortable. 😂💚

One of our favorite things about family chiropractic care is that it doesn’t have to be complicated.

This little guy wanted to hang out with Mom on the table, so we made room! He got to relax, Mom got a few minutes to herself, and everybody left happy. ❤️

At Carolina Health Solutions we understand that kids come with you. Sometimes they want to sit on the table, sometimes they want to explore, sometimes they just want to be close to Mom.

And we’re okay with all of it.

Because taking care of yourself shouldn’t have to wait until your kids are grown. 😉
Come as you are. Bring the whole family. We’ve got you.

🩷🩷A big welcome to the world, sweet Naomi! 👶🏼💗

Very happy to see this beautiful mom and her precious one week old baby girl in the office today!

Mom made chiropractic care part of her wellness routine throughout pregnancy, and now she’s bringing little Naomi in for her first visit. It’s impressive to see parents make thoughtful choices about their family’s health from the very beginning. 💕

Kudos to this smart mama for prioritizing her own wellness during pregnancy and continuing that same mindset for her newest little blessing!

Welcome, Naomi — we’re so glad you’re here! 🥰✨ & thank you momma!

This is a delicious way to fuel your day! 🥕✨

Dr. Connie Desando we have a variety of quality protein powders from brands you can trust in stock! The powders are full of healthy ingredients—but don’t forget the collagen! Our marine based collagen has patients marveling at their new hair growth!

This Carrot Cake Protein Smoothie is one of my favorites. It’s packed with protein, carrots, dates, healthy fats, & delicious flavor. Try adding cacao nibs after blending for a little crunch, along with a handful of walnuts. 😋

Healthy doesn’t have to mean boring!

Stop by to check out our selection of protein powders and wellness products. Let me help you find something that fits your goals! 💚

From the animal clinic to our practice 🐾 🌟

Funny story… the very first time I experienced Cold medical laser therapy was actually West Stanly Animal Clinic clinic ! (Dr. Griffin was generous!) Since having experienced the benefits this laser had to offer, I definitely wanted to implement this same technology in our own practice—Couldn’t wait to help one of our loved ones. ❤️

Gigi recently needed some extra support with her post-surgical healing, and we were able to use our medical laser as part of her recovery goals. Watching her heal and get back to feeling like herself has been pretty special.

We use the Summus Medical Laser therapy for so many different needs in our practice, from supporting recovery and reducing discomfort to helping improve mobility and quality of life.

Because taking care of our loved ones—even the four-legged ones—is important. 🐶💗

Quality of life matters, and we’re grateful to have another tool that can help support it! What have we used the laser for on you?
