His goal wasn’t to get back to the gym. It wasn’t to play sports.

His goal was to make it to his granddaughter’s graduation. 🎓🎓

When he started treatment, he had a severe hamstring injury, significant bruising, pain with walking, and couldn’t even sit flat in a chair because the pressure on the injured leg was too painful.

Six visits later:

✔️ Walking without a cane
✔️ Sitting comfortably
✔️ Bruising dramatically reduced
✔️ Back to tackling the honey-do list (including pressure washing yesterday!)

The best part? He made it to his granddaughter’s graduation. 💚💙

Chiro down!
Apparently yoga this morning did not count as a proper pickleball warm-up for this evening. Add in questionable shoe choices & arriving late, & the pickleball gods decided to humble me.

Thank goodness I have options: immediate IFC, laser treatment, tape, and a little patience. My Achilles isn’t thrilled, but the recovery plan is already underway.

This Monica Ghellar is super annoyed and Hoping to be back on the court next week. & just so you know, my partner and I were ahead when I went down. 😞

Small wins” during cancer treatment can make a huge difference in how someone feels day to day. 💗

This patient shared that her surgeons were very impressed with how little swelling she has experienced while undergoing chemotherapy and incorporating lymphatic therapy into her care plan.

Supporting the lymphatic system may help the body manage fluid buildup, promote comfort, and support recovery during an incredibly challenging season. We’re honored to be part of her care team and cheering her on every step of the way. 🎀

This patient came in with Bell’s palsy, experiencing facial weakness, limited eye control, and significant neck spasm. We began laser therapy, and these photos capture her journey after each session.

➡️ After the FIRST visit: noticeable reduction in neck spasm➡️ By Day 4:• Increased voluntary movement of her right eye• A more natural, relaxed smile starting to return• Improved facial symmetry and control

Healing takes time, but the body is incredibly responsive when given the right support.
