…. and VERY layered lol
…. there will be arguments over recipes & ingredients
…. always be an Anthony, Ant or Tony in the crowd
and there will be stories upon stories and more stories ……………….🍷🇺🇸🇮🇹🌹🤌🥖♥️🌶️🍝🥂🙏
Thank you for letting us be a part of something so special … Someone once said to me , “but you are just a sub shop “…. lol Ahhhhh my friend it is so much more … it is a deep rooted sense of loyalty and love for family and community, appreciation of the hard work and lessons lovingly taught & handed down through the generations that came before us … Every loaf holds a prayer, every ounce of food made here shares a memory of those that came before ....

Reflecting on so many that gave it all selflessly for me, for you … how do you even honor a debt so great ? I hope we all choose to take a moment today, everyday for that matter to remember them and try to live a life worthwhile, a life that they can no longer live by striving each day to be a better person, love with all you got, work hard & chase every dream, spend time with your family, laugh with old friends and make new ones, give genuinely without any expectations, make those memories, be thankful and deeply appreciate every little freedom you have been given … I would like to think they would look down upon us and love to see that ♥️♥️♥️

You blew us away once again, and for those unfamiliar with Leo’s operations … we do make all of our food from our breads & rolls to our salads onsite, from scratch fresh every morning for you, so when we sell out early on some days ( not all) we cannot just pull out more … we are very thankful & blessed to be so busy and also sad that we cannot offer more … it is definitely a conundrum … We do want to thank you for your graciousness through the wait times and a few mishaps today 😭… Momma surely said there would be those days, today was one ( I love you Momma🌹) thank you EVERYONE!!! ♥️
