Hensley Produce Fresh vegetable farm and market owned and operated by Larry & Shirley Hensley. Located at 369 Larry Hensley Rd, Livingston, Texas 77351.

We are a seasonal business. Usually open from the middle of May until July. We sell from our home market most days (depending on what vegetables have been harvested). Please call ahead before coming out though to make sure someone is available.

What are you doing on this wet Saturday morning? We are selling fresh produce and enjoying watching the rain fall. Today we have all kinds of peppers available, along with GREEN TOMATOES, a very limited supply of green beans, cucumbers - all sizes and types, zucchini, eggplants, potatoes, eggs, dill and onions.
Just a suggestion- it’s a great day to make pickles!

Exciting news! We had another grandkid graduate from college this past weekend!
Ashley graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in Agri-Business! We are so proud of her - and thankful that even as the grandkids grow up, so many of them still help out on the farm and at the produce stand.

The home market will be open tomorrow — Saturday, May 23, 2026 from 8am–2pm.

Items available for sale on Monday are cucumbers (pickling sizes, larger sizes and salad), yellow and gray squash, zucchini, dill, onions and potatoes. The cucumbers and squash won’t be available much longer, so get them while you can!
