One Single Bite!!! People’s Choice for White. Pumped!

Aden Cavalcanti and myself made just over 650 of these delicious bites last Thursday for the Amazing TASTE competition through Livermore Valley W**e and I couldn’t be more prouder of my peeps and couldn’t be more humbled by this Community.

We were teamed up with Pruett Farms W**ery and we chose their stainless Poulet Sautant to get down and dirty with!!

Sandwiches are Tuesday to Friday only. We make two new sandwiches every single week and we announce them right now and then later today on the site and newsletter.
We make our sandwiches fresh every morning and when they are gone they are gone. You may call and reserve, but only up to Four sandwiches.
We open at 11am, every Sandwich Day.

It is always such an honor to compete and be a part of TASTE, an amazing W**e Competition/Event Weekend, right here in Livermore, through Livermore Valley W**e

To kick the weekend off, is TASTE, and part of it is decorating your competition table to match your Theme. Bob chose his an unoaked that means the and he makes his W**e on a Farm!! And we all know Cheese and Farms.

So it is totally natural for a 47 year old to be out buying a bunch of kids farm toys, so he can build out a toy farm at an Adult W**e Competition, But Dang…..

The End of an ERA!!! Julian’s Last day behind the Counter is Tomorrow October 15th. He is working the day shift so come on by and wish him good luck in his Future Endeavors and of course ask him to try his favorite Cheese.

It’s a Mix bag of Feelings for me as Julian was the first person I hired at the Cheese Parlor just over 4&1/2 years ago. He is not just a Friend and a Fellow of mine, but I consider this Lovely Human to be Family.
I spent so much time with Julian over the last Four Years I can’t even speak to how much he means to me.
So it is Truly hard to say Goodbye, however, I’m so excited to see where He goes and so Proud to have watched him become not only an amazing Cheesemonger/Co-Worker, but an Wonderful MAN!!!

He is one of those Humans that gives you Faith that we as a People are going to be OK.
Spread Your Wings and Keep Pumping Awesomeness into our World Good Sir.

You Will be Missed, But You Continue to Greatness!!
