Round Three of my Journey Sparkenhoe Cheese
A trip into the Caves to visually be a part of this Cheeses Journey.
If you swipe through you can see the different stages of this cheeses ripening process.

From getting taken out of the hoops and wrapped with cloth and lard to the molds that start to develop and then ready to ship to like mine.
Artisan Cheese is truly a labor of Love, without a doubt and these lovely humans don’t skip steps in creating this magical food filled with flavor and history.

Hopefully will have at my counter in the next few weeks. But if the cheese can wait, then so can we.
But in the meantime we can salivate over these wheels in waiting.

Round One of Pictures from Sparkenhoe Cheese
I was extremely fortunate enough to go to England last week and not only make some Super Awesome English cheeses, but I also got to meet some amazing people on my adventures.

This Community is something special and it spans across the Globe!!! So fortunate to add some new faces and smiles to my life.

These pictures show some stills from the make process for and hopefully we will have a fresh wheel in the shop soon.

Sandwiches are Tuesday to Friday only. We make two new sandwiches every single week and we announce them right now and then later today on the site and newsletter.
We make our sandwiches fresh every morning and when they are gone they are gone. You may call and reserve, but only up to Four sandwiches.
We open at 11am, every Sandwich Day.

The Milking Parlor, a Truly Special place.
Any coincidence that the shop is called the Cheese Parlor, I think Not.

This Parlor is at Stichelton where I got to spend a few Days last week while I was out in England.
A little piece of Heaven, was this dairy for me. Kindness and Cleanliness were the stars of this Show!!

Already thinking of how to make it back.
But so many More places to see and journeys to embark on. But when you make true friendships and bonds.
It becomes a destination and a place where hearts are warmed.

Appreciate the journey and don’t always look to what is next.

They Almost don’t look real, They are so Damn Cute.
Hanging on the Sparkenhoe Cheese farm in England.
The dropped me off in the morning and this is the first thing we saw.
Not a bad welcome to an already magical place.

I was going to wait till the Morning for maximum Cuteness, but why not close out your Sunday with these Adorable Ewes!!
