Hello Facebook Family!
It's been a minute since we've posted anything; however, it has come to our attention that several issues has occurred at our establishment that requires our attention.
First of all, We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported Uncle T’s over the years. Your loyalty has kept our family business going for more than four decades.
We've heard that several of you have had negative experiences recently. To those who have had a negative experience, we sincerely apologize. There were incidents highlighted in several recent Facebook posts, where our product was not satisfactory. The incident highlighted in a recent Facebook post was inexcusable. Like many of you, we were shocked and disappointed, it does not reflect the standards we set for our store, the products we serve, or the way our employees are trained.
All food products must be carefully checked before they are served to our customers. In this case, that process broke down, and it should not have happened. We take full responsibility and have already taken corrective action. New procedures, more frequent inspections, and staff retraining are being put in place to ensure this never happens again.
We also recognize that customer service is just as important as product quality. If at any time your experience with our staff has fallen short, we sincerely apologize. We are retraining our team to ensure every customer is treated with courtesy, respect, and prompt service. Our goal is for every visit to Uncle T’s to feel welcoming and positive.
We know there is much work to be done, and we are committed to addressing every concern in our store. To our faithful and forgiving customers, we thank you for your patience and continued support. To those whose business we’ve lost, we understand and we hope to earn back your trust.
Please know that we take every comment seriously, even the hard ones, because they help us improve. We are committed to delivering better service, better products, and a better experience. In the days ahead, you will see those improvements take shape at Uncle T’s.
