Our next local farm partner feature is Merrill Farms, located in Wakeman, OH.

Merrill Farms raises freezer beef, registered Shorthorn cattle, plants sweet corn, and plants hay and field crops to feed their cattle. This farm family is passionate about agriculture, raising their cattle, and is committed to providing nutritious, high-quality beef to their local communities. 🐄🌱🌽

We are proud to partner with and process beef for this amazing family! 🫶🥩

This is what perfect summer nights are made of! ♨️

Cowboy-style cooking right over the flames to get a beautifully-charred, tender and juicy tomahawk. 👌

Kayleigh and Karl prefer to pull it around 120 degrees for more of a rare cook, but here's what we recommend for the cook you want:

Rare: 120 F
Medium rare: 130 F
Medium: 140 F
Medium well: 150 F
Well done: 155 F

Remember it will keep cooking for 5 min or so after you pull it off the grill and don't you dare forget to let it rest for 5-10 min before slicing this bad boy! 🔪🥩

Come "get your grubb on" with Grubbco, a local food truck that will be at Litchfield ready to serve you from 7:30-12 on Friday morning! 🙌

Their menu sounds amazing and we can't wait to have them out here and help support small business! 🍳🥓

Grubbco said they'll also have the highlighted items available from their lunch menu starting at 11 and they will stay past 12 as the line keeps going.
