Although the store is still currently closed, our sweet corn 🌽 is not! Our first batch of bi-color sweet corn is available in the parking lot- 7836 US Highway 20 W.

Due to the damp spring the first round may have an unwanted wormy guest. Cutting the tops of the ear of corn will take care of the problem and leave the rest of the ear as good as always. For that reason we are only charging $5/bakers dozen. Hopes are next batch will be back up to our standards and will be bumped up to $7/bakers dozen.

This post is a bittersweet post that has taken me far too long to put together. As many of you know, prior to the opening of Barrel & Brie, I was an elementary teacher. After five years, I have made the decision to return to the classroom. It was my plan all along to help create the store many of you have grown to love, and then pass it on. To whom is still the question. We are open to ideas, or people of interest who would be interested in our beloved store. Please reach out if you or someone you know would have a desire to be a part of Barrel & Brie.

In the meantime, we will be temporarily closing until new management is in place. Our store hours are posted below. We will also be starting a storewide sale beginning tomorrow July 31st. Sweet corn will still be available out front. Pay will be on the honor system. We will also still be taking orders for catering with two week notice. Please follow us for some pop events in the future.

Thank you all for the past four years of support and friendship. These past years have grown us in ways we never knew possible.
