We are a small multi-generational family farm in Southern Indiana dedicated to raising happy, healthy cows and producing high quality, delicious Grass-fed beef. We believe food is medicine so we're excited to offer a product with high levels of omega-3 fatty acids, high levels of vitamin A & E, with about 1/2 the fat of conventionally raised beef. Our cattle are humanely raised and rotationally gr
azed on organically grown pastures, supplemented only with high quality minerals, and are never given growth hormones, antibiotics or grain. We are committed to sustainable farming practices and were awarded the Indiana River Friendly Farmer award in 2009. We strive to preserve and improve our natural eco-system and to maintain healthy, living soil that grows high-quality forage to feed our cattle... creating the healthiest beef possible for our family and yours. We offer direct-from-the-farm products that include premium ground beef, various steaks, roasts, soup bones and some organ meat (extremely nutritious from strictly grass-fed animals). All of our beef is processed, vacuum sealed & frozen at a USDA inspected facility. As we are still a growing farm, our supply does vary thoughout the year, but we'll work hard to meet your needs. In addition to on farm pick-up, we are usually happy to arrange drop-offs in the Kentuckiana region, including Louisville, KY and the Southern Indiana area (New Albany, Corydon, Leavenworth, Marengo, Milltown, Jasper, etc...).
