Our small herd of grass-fed Jersey, Friesian, Dutch Belted & Milking Shorthorn cows are raised on 240 acres of certified organic pasture land. We practice intensive rotational grazing and tread as lightly on our land as possible. Our cheese makers collect the milk daily and produce delicious, healthy raw milk cheeses that age right here at the farm. We raise heritage pigs (to use the whey from the

cheesemaking process), Katadhin sheep, heritage laying hens and broilers. Stop by anytime to see our animals, watch us make cheese, or visit our farm store to see what’s new.

Our First Friday celebration is coming up on June 5th! From 2-5pm stop by the farm and enjoy local vendors, yummy food, and activities for the whole family! Our (rough) schedule (with more info to come soon):
🌸Tarot readings (done by one of our very own farmers!) from 2-3pm
🌸storytelling from 2-4pm
🌸Yoga at 4pm
🌸Portrait sketches from 2-4:30pm
🌸Watercolor for kids from 2-4:30
🌸Cow milking from 3:30-4:30ish
🌸Make your own flower bouquet from 2-5pm

Our Summer CSA shares are live on the website and ready to order! We offer two share sizes with the option to purchase one individual season or pre-pay for the whole year. In each box enjoy cheese, meat, soup, and baked goods from the farm accompanied with locally sourced accoutrements such as hard ciders, jams, and flowers (items vary depending on which size you purchase). On pick up day enjoy a wild plant walk with Tish scheduled at 4pm. A perfect way to get your own little slice of central Jersey in a box! Plus mountains of Abruzze Jawn, truly stellar outrageously yum Havilah and Havilah Reserve. Why the extra superlatives? We were harrowing in on cheeses to ship to the annual competition, our industries red carpet affair.
