Lots of people have asked us about the Tioga Farmer's Market... We haven't heard when it will start or if there will even be one this year.

On that same note- we are very low on beef cuts and we won't have any ready for butcher for a while. We are in the process of transitioning back to selling mostly shares over individual cuts, as our family has gotten busier and busier as the kids get older and are involved in more activities. Please let us know if you'd like on the list for a share (quarter/half/whole) this winter- they are going quick!

We do currently have some pork (shares and some individual cuts) available if you are interested, or contact us to get on the list for a share (half/whole) this fall/winter.

Heads up to our loyal farm supporters!

We wanted to let you know that our freezer beef by the cut will be in limited supply throughout the summer. [As of right now, our pork supply is good.] If you've been planning to stock up, please let us know what you are looking for- and keep in mind once it's gone, it's gone for a while.

That said, we do still have some beef shares available (1/4, 1/2, whole), which is a great option if you're looking to fill your freezer and enjoy a variety of cuts that YOU choose. Feel free to reach out if you have questions or want more info—we’re happy to help!
